Founded in 2023, The Bright Barn is dedicated to providing top-notch business analysis, project management, and change management services. We equip individuals and organizations with the knowledge and skills to excel in business analysis and foster a community of informed and skilled professionals. To do this we:

Martin Lewis
Co-Founder, & Product Development Manager
Martin has extensive experience in leading the delivery of business analysis services across the public and private sector.
Martin has trained and coached many BA’s to improve the quality of their work and attain professional certification.
Martin is an enthusiastic supporter of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) and a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) with qualifications in agile, product ownership, cybersecurity and data analytics.

Co-Founder & Creative Director
With a career dedicated to strategic business analysis, Zoë brings a blend of creativity, variety and expertise to The Bright Barn. As co-founder of The Bright Barn, Zoë is committed to supporting growth and building capabilities within the business analysis community.
She has established a strong and wide-ranging foundation in business functions, project methodologies, and IT practices, with certifications in MSP, Prince2, ITIL and is a member of IIBA.

Co-Founder & Business Operations Manager
Adi has over 30 years of experience in portfolio, program, and project management. She is a project manager specializing in how business analysis works with project and program management. Adi co-founded The Bright Barn to help integrate business analysis with project management. She is certified in PMP, Prince2, MSP, MoP, and Change Management and is always learning and growing.
